Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Luokittelusta

Hei! Kannattaa välttää vain yhden kuvan (tai alaluokan) sisältävien luokkien luomista. Luokittelun perustarkoitus on kuitenkin helpottaa kuvien löytymistä, ja liian hienojakoinen luokittelu toimii täysin päinvastoin. Esimerkkinä esimerkiksi luokat Category:Polarwing aircraft at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport ja Category:Aircraft of Polarwing by location. Tilanne olisi vielä toinen, jos (lähi)tulevaisuudessa luokkiin olisi odotettavissa lisää kuvia. Polarwing oli kuitenkin vain muutaman vuoden toiminut pieni lentoyhtiö, joten sen kohdalla tämäkään ei ole kovin todennäköistä. ––Apalsola ^{t • c} 19:24, 13 November 2014 (UTC)

Hki Vantaan taideteokset

Moi, esitin poistettavaksi Commonsista kuvat Aarne Jämsän maalauksesta Helman heilahdus, 2015. Teosta ei siis voi tallentaa Commonsiin, vaan sen paikka on Wikipedia, josta kuvaa voi käyttää sittattioikeudella. Siellä tosin on jo viime kesänä tallentamani yksi kuva. Mutta tiedätkö, onko Helsinki Vantaan lentokentällä tai sen läheisyydessä muita taideteoksia? Siis sellaisia objekteja, jotka ylittävät teoskynnyksen ja jotka sijaitsevat pysyvästi asennettuina paikalla, joka on kaikkien koko ajan tavoitettavissa? Jos on, kuvia niistä voisi käyttää ainakin luettelossa Luettelo Vantaan julkisista taideteoksista. t. --Kulttuurinavigaattori (talk) 05:53, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

Kiitos tarkkaavaisuudesta. Enpä silloin joskus noita kuvia tallentaessani ajatellutkaan niitä taideteoksena, ainoastaan osana asemaa. Olisi pitänyt älytä, mutta onneksi joku muu on tarkkana. Itselleni ei nyt tähän hätään tule mieleen mitään taideteoksia lentokentän lähistöllä, mutta täytynee pitää silmät auki, kun siellä sattuu liikkumaan. --Lentokonefani (talk) 14:48, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
